Purchase Policy
To complete the purchase process, the customer must be at least 18 years old, be legally authorized to enter into contractual obligations, have the requisite consent or authority to act for or on behalf of any persons included in a booking and must use the website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
The Customer is responsible for their own financial activities.

Cancellation Policy
Before completing the payment process, the customer has to make sure that all booking terms and conditions for changes and cancellation penalties provided by the sales person are read and agreed upon accordingly.
If the service can be cancelled a cancelation request must be sent by email to the sales person who confirmed the service.
Warranty Policy:
All products will be provided with one-year warranty directly from the local agent or distributor since the local agent or distributor hold the full responsibility in terms the product maintenance and spare parts.
Diamond star is not responsible for the product warranty, maintenance and spare parts. However, we will be happy to assist you with following up with the local agent or distributor if needed.
Return Policy:
Easy Return & Exchange
Accepted time for returns is 3 days from the date of purchase and only items with manufacturing errors are returnable/exchangeable
Accepted time for exchanges is 7 days from the date of purchase
Kindly make sure that the returned item has not been used and is in perfect condition and is sealed in its correct packaging.
Original receipt should be available with the item.
The returned products will be inspected by the dealer for safety reasons.
Ensure that all returned items are free from personal data as Leaders is not responsible for customers personal data.
Promotional or free items cannot be exchanged or returned
Returns will not be accepted if rules are not complied.
The returned amount will be refunded within 5 days from the date of return via cheque with the buyers name.
Credit card payments will be evident on the buyers account within 2 weeks from the date of return.
